At Hudabeaute, getting your beauty essentials to you safely and swiftly is part of the magic—because waiting for new makeup should feel exciting, not frustrating. Here’s how we deliver your favorite products, from our shelves to your vanity.

1. Shipping Destinations

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, Washington D.C., Puerto Rico, and over 100 countries worldwide. Whether you’re in Los Angeles or London, we’ll get your Hudabeaute haul to you—no beauty lover left out.

2. Order Processing

  • In-stock items: Processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). We work fast to get your order out the door—because we know that “just restocked” feeling can’t wait.
  • Pre-order items: Shipped by the date listed on the product page (usually 2–4 weeks after pre-orders open). We’ll send email updates if your order ships early—happy surprises, only.
  • Weekend/holiday orders: Placed after 2 PM ET on Fridays or during holidays? They’ll be processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods & Timelines

U.S. Shipping (Complimentary for All Orders)

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered in 3–5 business days via USPS Priority or UPS Ground. No minimum purchase required—free shipping, always.
  • Expedited Shipping: For when you need your makeup ASAP (we get it). Arrives in 2–3 business days for a flat fee of $8. Orders placed by 12 PM ET ship same-day (weekdays only).
  • Overnight Shipping: Next-day delivery (excludes remote areas) for $15. Must order by 10 AM ET to qualify.

International Shipping

  • Standard International: Delivered in 7–14 business days (major cities) or 10–21 days (remote areas) via DHL or local carriers. Cost varies by country—calculate at checkout.
  • Express International: 3–5 business days for urgent orders. Pricing is based on destination and weight, shown at checkout.

Note: International delivery times exclude customs processing, which can add 1–3 business days. We include detailed customs forms to speed this up!

4. Shipping Costs & Fees

  • U.S. orders: Free standard shipping on all orders (no minimum). Expedited and overnight options have flat fees as listed above.
  • International orders: Shipping costs include handling, carrier fees, and a small packaging fee to protect your products. Import duties, taxes, or customs fees are not included—these are charged by your local government and paid upon delivery. Check your country’s customs website for estimates.
  • P.O. boxes & APO/FPO addresses: We ship to U.S. P.O. boxes via USPS. APO/FPO orders use Military Mail, with delivery in 7–14 business days (complimentary standard shipping applies).

5. Packaging & Product Care

Your products deserve VIP treatment—here’s how we protect them:

  • Secure packaging: All orders come in sturdy boxes with bubble wrap or tissue paper to shield powders, liquids, and fragile items (looking at you, glass perfume bottles).
  • Hygiene first: Skincare and makeup are sealed in their original packaging—no tampering, ever.
  • Sustainable touches: We use recycled cardboard and minimal plastic (because beauty shouldn’t cost the planet).

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your package ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it to follow your order’s journey:

  • U.S. orders: Track via USPS or UPS (link in your email).
  • International orders: Track via DHL or your local carrier’s website.

7. Address Changes & Delivery Issues

  • Need to update your address? Email us within 12 hours of ordering at [email protected]. After that, we can’t guarantee changes—carriers process labels fast!
  • Undelivered packages: If your order is marked “delivered” but missing, check with neighbors or your building’s front desk first. If it’s truly lost, email us within 48 hours—we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
  • Damaged in transit: Refuse the package (if possible) and snap photos of the damage. Email us within 24 hours, and we’ll send a new order—no questions asked.

8. Holiday Shipping Deadlines

During busy seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, Ramadan), order early to avoid delays:

  • U.S. standard shipping: Order by December 15 for Christmas delivery.
  • International shipping: Order by December 1 to account for customs.
